God doesn't give up on anybody. Ever. He promised....About a year ago, before ZUGU Records and everything happening now, I reached a point where I completely gave up. I spent nearly an entire year isolated in the back bedroom of my house, unable to function normally or leave the room for long periods of time without PTSD attacks, disconnected from the world and questioning everything — including my relationship with Jesus and whether I could keep going at all.

So I wrote this song.

It's called "Today"

From that place to where things stand right now… none of it makes sense unless I put Jesus in the middle of it. There is no other explanation. Only He deserves the credit for carrying me through the darkest moments.

This is a sensitive song dealing with suicide, mental health struggles, spiritual battles, hopelessness, healing, and overcoming the obstacles that so many people quietly face every day.
